Florida 2 Bocas Shared Container Service
We are not a freight forwarder.
We provide a freight loading service that consolidates items to be shipped between Stuart, Florida and Bocas del Toro, Panama(Isla Colon) every 3 to 6 weeks (depending on demand). We can quote mail / small packages, boxes, pallets, Jet Skis, golf cart (no cars), or a whole container.
Time of arrival is 2+ weeks from loading date.
HOW TO SHIP WITH US:
Everyone needs to provide detailed info for used items (with value) and RECEIPTS for ALL new items to be shipped. Our receiving “cut off” date for small items is the morning of the load date. We prefer larger items to arrive days prior. There is not a problem with items arriving early. We can hold or store them until next loading. Same goes for unloading. We have storage in Bocas also.

Open Monday-Friday 8am-4pm.
NO Weekend or Holiday deliveries. Deliveries left at the door over the weekend or at night will most likely be taken. We are on a busy street. All large or palleted items must be approved before delivery. Means of unloading must be planned. We have a forklift available on site Monday – Friday from 9am-4pm. Lift gate service to us is not needed. *Shipping to our warehouse will cost less if they know it is a commercial location and no lift gate is needed to unload.
Our Shipping Costs:
We charge based on space used. Weight is rarely an issue.
.006 a cubic inch plus Panama import duty and taxes (new tech or electronic items are 15% Duty and 7% ITBM (almost 23%) or most items are 10% Duty plus 7% ITBM (17.7%) and a $3 processing fee per invoice group / customer.
